Purchased a number of products including PSU, Multimeter, USBC Soldering Iron, Clamp Meter, Signal Generator, emailed support 14 days ago about a screw floating around in the PSU and have not had a response as yet. Products are well made and easy to use and accurate, meter displays not so visible in bright sunlight so really only good for indoor use. Another negative is that only some come with travel cases to house the meter and leads so now I have to find cases for the ones that didn't come with them, which is disappointing.

Seems to be very accurate. I tested it with a meter for Voltages and mA and it's spot on. I also checked the PWM function with a scope and looks pretty good. I'll also be testing it using a Siemens PLC analog input card but I think it'll work just fine. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

As described it fits on my pocket and the battery although arrived without any charge after a few time it ends the charging period, then all ok. The probes are robust and soft as well. The charger seems to be good and the USB-C cable is just a little bit rigid. But all in all it’s a nice piece for the job. Seller deserves 5*, the same for manufacturer.
