The product arrived in good condition and works as expected. However, I encountered some issues with customs due to the IOSS number not being provided upfront. It would be helpful if the IOSS number was included with the order to avoid delays. Additionally, the package contained a US charger instead of an EU one, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I’m happy with the purchase and would consider ordering again in the future.
