We have a 15-day return policy for electronic devices, which means you have 15 days after receiving your electronic device to request a return, subject to the conditions specified below.
To be eligible for a return, the requirements vary based on the usage status of the electronic device:
To start a return, you can contact us at service@fnirsi.com. Please include your order number, the specific reason for the return, and relevant proof (if required) in your email.
※ Please note that if a refund is requested due to the customer's subjective preference, a 5%~6% currency conversion fee will be deducted. This fee is charged directly by the bank.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You are required to ship the electronic device (along with all original tags, accessories, and packaging) back to the designated warehouse address and send us a valid tracking number along with the tracking link. We will not accept items returned directly without prior authorization.
Please inspect your electronic device upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, does not match the described functions, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must provide corresponding evidence (such as photos, videos) when contacting us.
Certain types of electronic devices or related items cannot be returned, including but not limited to: custom-made electronic products (such as special orders or personalized devices), electronic accessories that have been used (with signs of wear or damage), and hazardous electronic components. We also do not accept returns for electronic devices that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired without our authorization.
We are not responsible for orders that are refused, unclaimed, or undelivered due to unpaid customs duties/taxes or failure to complete customs clearance within the required timeframe. In such cases, packages may be destroyed, abandoned, or returned by the carrier depending on local customs regulations. Customers are responsible for understanding and accepting all applicable import taxes, customs duties, and clearance requirements before placing an order, especially for countries with high import duties or strict customs policies, including but not limited to Brazil and India.
If a package is successfully returned to our warehouse due to customs or tax-related issues, a partial refund may be issued after receipt of the returned item. The refund will be calculated after deducting the original shipping cost, return shipping cost (if applicable), and restocking/relisting fees. No refund will be issued if the package is destroyed, abandoned, or not successfully returned to our warehouse, including cases where it is lost in transit during return.
We cannot accept returns on sale electronic items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get the electronic device you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if the electronic device is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your electronic device must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use, with all original tags, accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned electronic device, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
