Using Environment and Precautions
The device should be stored in a soft case, and the operating environment should be at a temperature of -5~40℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%.

It is good that it has USB-C connectors so you don't need USB-C leads like the FNB-58 but there are a number of software bugs so I still trust my FNB-58 over the FNB-C2 at the moment. For example, it reported 5V PPS charging with a dumb charger and still locked up on AFC on auto detection. Currently running 1.2.8 which is not available for download yet but hopefully there will be future updates that will fix the issues.

FNB-C2 is exactly as expected. Lets me check eMarker, graph voltage and amps, check flutter.

First, the FNIRSI is a single unit IR device that is very competitively priced. I purchase the TDM-120 because my applications will not need electrical measurement. This feature would be great for electricians and system techs. Like all the FNIRSI devices this IR instrument is thoughtfully designed and well made. Moreover, having multiple FNIRSI devices, operations follow a simular path. There is a multi-language pocket size manual in the case and is also available online as a pdf file. It comes with a 32GB micro SD card foe saved images. I have two initial issues. 1) no fill indicator for the memory card. 2) digital temperatures only show "OVER" regardless of image. I have contacted support. The setup or mode do not show a way to get actual readings. One of my primary applications will be to check for thermal leaks in a house environment. So, the image may be enough to act on.

It does what you want, and it does provide the important data well.
I love the fact it auto-rotates.
As seen in attached pic, it even allows me to charge a "dumb 5v" device using a PD100W charger. (Normally doesn't work)
My issue is with instructions. They suck and do not provide good information. For example, how to properly test the fast charging protocols, and how to properly e-marker test... that took me over 15 mins to get something, and still do not know if i am doing it right.
I even still don't know how to properly test charging protocols. Section 7.4.1 doesn't say it clearly... then the device says don't connect devices due to damage.... like how am i supposed to find the compatible protocols?
Or the fact you can wake up the device by long pressing back?
Fix the manual, add valuable information, let us know how to use it properly, and it will become so much better product.

I use FNIRSI FNB58 and now new FNB-C2.Both are very useful for the user. C2 type is very small, possible to use in the midle of cable. One "negative" is small display, auxiliary texts are readable only with magnifing glas.

I've purchased several products from FNIRSI. They have all been very good quality of construction and complete. They tend to be very small footprint, but very good. I am not saying they are better than some of the American brands but for our needs they are really good and do what they say they do.

Postage did take a week but both modules were well packaged and function perfectly with decent features. This is my third product purchased from FNIRSI and I have been very happy with all three so far, decent accessories included and nice packaging. I only wish they used a faster courier as orders can take a while.

Exactly what I needed for my batteries restoration workshop. I’ve managed to rebuild a batterie pack for my old drill with brand new cells properly welded together. The SVM-20 is super easy to set up and worked like a charm.

Almost perfect. The only annoyance is that in order to test the charging protocols (QC, PD, etc) the tester has to be independently powered. I wish it could just use the source device’s power or that it had a super capacitor so it could run independently long enough for those checks. It’s annoying hooking up another device

Last firmware 1.2.6 has problem with Marker chip recognition. In 1.2.5 it is OK.
